SAMOA

Samoa is a 1991, C&C 51ft XL Custom.
Built in Canada, serial No. ZCC51001e091 the first of 9 boats of this series.

She has a tall mast (22m), displacement of over 15.000kg and a draught of 3.4m.

After being commissioned, Samoa was shipped to Europe for racing.
In her first year, she won the Giraglia,
the most important race in the Mediterranean Sea.

For the next 6 years, Samoa was out of the water due to problems with her owner.
Now, with a new owner, her home port is Porto S. Margherita Di Caorle
about 50km east of Venice.
