Owner's Review for the 1978 C&C39 LANDFALL

This boat was designed by Ron Amy, and built with a glass hull, but otherwise the entire boat is wood, including the spars. She has a pilot house, dual steering, and is cutter rigged.
The boat had several problems with wood rot in the house and decks when I purchased it. I was able to totally seal the decks with a two part self levelling elastomeric compound. The product totally covered the original teak decks, but solved all the leaks at a very low cost.
The boat has cruised from Mexico to Alaska in the last year, but I actually know very little about this great boat.

I would like to talk to other owners of these old woodies.
