This boat is a great racer/cruiser. The T shaped cockpit offers great space for four. There is a fold-down walk through transom. All controls are easily accessed from the cockpit. The rig is a tall double spreader design with all rod rigging. Sails are large main with smaller genoa. Down below the layout is roomy with a good sized aft cabin that two can actually be comfortable in. Lots of overhead hatches for air movement too. The forward V-berth is rather cramped, however there are two doors that can be kept open to improve the main salon roominess aspect. The head is also in the aft (starboard side) and is quite spacious. The main salon has a U shaped dinette area while the galley offers reasonable workspace to the two burner LPG stove/oven, icebox and double sink. A separate navigators station with full chart table has also been incorporated in the layout on the starboard side. The engine is a two cylinder, reliable 16 HP Yanmar deisel. The only real weakness so far is from a cruising perspective in that the length of the boom does not allow for a bimini arrangement. So far, we just love this boat.
