Owner's Review for the 1982 C&C 30

Sloop/Masthead rig. Aft cockpit. Fin keel draws about 5'. Rudder extends aft of the transom. Interior walk-thru: good sized v-berth with center cut-out and two open shelves. Head with holding tank and sink to port. Wet locker and 3 shelves to boat. Two door separate v-berth from head and head from main salon. Next to port is a fore and aft facing dinette that becomes a double. Single settee to starboard. Shelving units outboard of each. Galley with 3 burner stove and oven (alcohol). Sink with h/c pressure water. Large ice box.

Sailing: The boat is very solidly built and seaworthy. Not at all tender and relatively slow both under power and under sail.

Overall I am very pleased with the boat. It is not, however, a very "big" 30-footer as the cockpit has two huge lockers that basically take up the final 1/3 of the boat. Comfortable for both day sailing and extended cruising.
